Gratitude Hike at Daley Ranch

A grand welcome to our many new members!! We are so glad you’re here!

I’m once again leading a post-Thanksgiving Day hike at Daley Ranch.  I hope to see you there!  If you can’t make this one, we hope to catch you next time.  If you have ideas for additional hikes or any feedback, please reply to this email.

Prepare to spend some time in gratitude during this Thanksgiving week hike. Meet at the Daley Ranch dirt parking lot at the end of La Honda in Escondido, just off El Norte Parkway. There is free parking. The hike will take us on a 3 1/2 mile (approx) loop to the Ranch House via the Diamondback Trail. Bring plenty of water and sun protection. Allow 2+ hours and be prepared for steep hills. Plan to meet at 8:45 am, and we’ll hit the trail at 9:00.  Leashed dogs (who are prepared to share space with other hikers and hiking dogs) are welcome on the hike.
